\n Criminal Law <\/h3>\n <\/div>

The branch of law that forms the basis of the behaviors and acts that are considered crimes in the legal world and the penal sanctions to be applied to these behaviors and acts is called Criminal Law. While the Criminal Law, in its narrowest terms, only examines the crimes and the penal sanctions to be applied to them, in the broadest sense, the Criminal Law includes the criminal procedure and execution in addition to these elements.<\/p>\n
