It is a branch of law that deals with issues such as business, employee, employer, social security and trade unions, examines the legal relationship between them and arranges solutions for disputes that may arise in these matters.<\/p>\n

As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in matters such as resolution of disputes arising from labor law and any other disputes that may arise from the service relationship between employee and employer, in case of necessity, applying for mediation on behalf of the parties and following the process, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, revision of employment contracts within the scope of innovations made in the labor law legislation, preparation of notices and, when necessary, termination notices, for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations of the parties within the scope of the employee-employer relationship, and follow-up of the related process and taking necessary legal measures regarding occupational health and safety.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
