It is a branch of private law that examines how the estate of inheritance properties will be shared between legal heirs and other heirs and how and in what order the debts will be paid in the case of death, after the decision of the absence or in the presence of presumption of death and the death-related savings people want to make on their property after their death.<\/p>\n
