Criminal Law
The branch of law that forms the basis of the behaviors and acts that are considered crimes in the legal world and the penal sanctions to be applied to these behaviors and acts is called Criminal Law. While the Criminal Law, in its narrowest terms, only examines the crimes and the penal sanctions to be applied to them, in the broadest sense, the Criminal Law includes the criminal procedure and execution in addition to these elements.
As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, in the field of Criminal Law, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in matters such as preparing complaints, denunciations, petitions to participate; to be present at the law enforcement and at the offices of the Chief Public Prosecutor to testify; representing as a complainant or defendant attorney in criminal cases; resorting to legal remedies against the decisions of non-prosecution, arrest and judicial control, and the final decisions made as a result of the criminal trial; individual application to the Constitutional Court and appeal and application to the European Court of Human Rights when necessary.
