Enforcement law is a branch of law that enables individuals, banks and companies to collect their receivables arising from reasons such as checks, promissory notes, policies and loans through law.
As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in all matters related to enforcement and bankruptcy law, such as execution follow-up for the collection of receivables based on checks and annuities; execution follow-up for the collection of receivables based on current account and invoices; bankruptcy proceedings to be made against the debtor in order to obtain the receivables of the real and legal persons who are creditors, and the opening and follow-up of the bankruptcy lawsuit accordingly; filing a negative declaratory action and following up the litigation process in order to determine that there is no debt due to unfair and unfounded claims; providing legal support for the creditor and debtor to create a basis for agreement; the follow-up and conclusion of independent cases of real and legal persons arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law.
