International Trade Law expresses all of the legal rules regarding the establishment, maintenance, termination of commercial business or relations between commercial companies in different countries and the resolution of disputes that may arise.

As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide legal advice on the trade, foreign capital, tax, business and other legislation of the country to be invested in, we also provide legal consultancy and representation services to establish companies, to carry out mergers and acquisitions, to make legal evaluations within the framework of both Turkish law and international rules in disputes arising with foreign companies, to give opinions and advice, to inform companies about the European Community Legal norms and to provide legal consultancy and representation services in such matters.
