All kinds of transactions such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosure, transferring, taking over or classifying personal data are considered as personal data processing and must comply with the rules regulated in the Law.

As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in matters such as determination of the rights and obligations of clients within the framework of the personal data protection law and all relevant legislation; supervision of legal compliance of personal data storage, processing and sharing procedures; preparation of contracts within the scope of personal data protection legislation and sharing up-to-date information; preparation of data inventory; risk analysis and elimination of potential risks; registration of data inventory in VERBIS system.
