Tax Law is a branch of law that includes the rules regarding the nature, correctness; collect of the tax, which is one of the methods of income generation of the state and other public legal entities, and how to resolve the disputes that may arise.

As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in all matters related to tax, such as resolution of tax disputes of natural and legal persons; application and follow-up for tax restructuring processes before tax offices; accrued taxes; baseless payment orders; applying for settlement with the administration for the settlement of tax disputes like tax loss and irregularity penalties, tax restructuring of companies; providing technical and legal support in cases in tax courts, regional administrative courts and the council of state, and following up the legal process.
