Administrative Law

Administrative law is the branch of law that determines the boundaries of the operations and actions of the administration, and regulates the responsibilities and sanctions against individuals in the event that the administration goes beyond these boundaries or acts in a way that is not foreseen by the law.

As Y&S Law and Consultancy Office, we provide consultancy and advocacy services to our clients in all matters within the scope of administrative law, especially in matters such as objection against unilateral actions of the administration and administrative sanction decisions; the appeals to be made against the zoning and settlement procedures of the municipalities and the follow-up of the legal process; exhaustion of administrative remedies and follow-up of reconciliation proceedings; lawsuits related to the responsibility of the administration, annulment and full remedy cases; administrative compensation cases.
