Intellectual and Industrial Property Law
In accordance with the Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, the intellectual property right is an idea product belonging to a person or organization. The person or organization in question may later choose to freely share it or control its use in certain ways. Intellectual property covers the field also called as copyright works such as literature, art, music, architecture, etc.
Industrial rights, on the other hand, are Trademarks, Patents, Designs, Inventions and etc. such as rights arising from the Industrial Property Law.
